    3 INSPECTION ACTIVITIES / TRABAJOS REALIZADOS:

    An inspection visit was paid at SCI laboratories on 2nd July, 2015 in order to carry out the mechanical test and moni-tor sampling activities, as required by Total Austrial. Inspection commenced at 9:00am and last til 18:00pm.

    1 TENSIL TEST

    ITP 1.6 + 1.7 + 1.8 / Control of equipment calibration + Tensile Test + Preparation of Report

    Calibration certificates pending (tensil test equipment and extensometer -elongation measurement-) were reviewed and checked the labelling on each device. (close of remark n2).

    Dimensional control and tests carried out according to ASTM A370 8.2 and 8.5.2 (Standard Round Tension Test Specimens). Checked dimensions with calibrated caliper, using tolerances given in fig. below included (see pic. 1).

    It was marked the distances Gage length and Length of reduced section using appropiated device (see pic. 2) ac-cording to ASTM A370 12.

    Test bench includes a tensil hydraulical machine of 600kN, extensometer and caliper; all calibrated.

    The test was witnessed (included annex with video). The determination of tensile properties was done according to ASTM A370 13. I checked that software of manufacturer of tensil machine meets with that standard (see pic. 3,4).
