Camden Street, Suite 400 DH Lounge Baltimore, MD 21201 MDOT MTA MARC CAMDEN STATION Informational Session Informational session will be structured to give an introduction to the project, review general project requirements and timeline, and review MBE contracting & partnering opportunities. The existing Lightrail/MARC Camden Station will be shutdown to allow demolition of the existing station and the construction of a new station including site improvements. The new station will consist of 3,380 GSF and include indoor waiting area, ticketing area, restrooms, police substation, mechanical spaces and a portion of the existing equipment yard. The exterior will consist of brick, precast, concrete, storefront/curtainwall glass & glazing, metal panel fascia, with standing seam metal and membrane roofing. Bid Strategy The following is a listing of Bid Categories for Bid Packages 1 and 2. All work relative to each Bid Package is identified on plans and specifications as prepared by the Architect. Each Bid Category description identifies the specific scope of work to be performed by the bidder as designated by Barton Malow Company.
