What is MDB?

MDB or Membership Development Board is a piloting program in LC Bishkek that aims to:

“Deliver the right XP to all our members of the LC through mentoring and coaching them.”

For the fulfillment of this goal we need in MDB those people who are:

- Eager to get new XP on new level in LC Bishkek

- Responsible toward their position

- Full of Desire and motivation to work with all our members

- Ready for new challenges.

Main Responsibilities • Evaluation and Tracking

- Evaluating the XP of members/ level of productivity of members’ XP - Evaluation of the pipeline within the LC - Evaluation of the spirit/culture of the LC

• Mentoring - Creation of Educational Cycle for members on Soft skills development - Deliver the Educational Cycle on Soft skills - Inviting trainers for EC delivery

• Coaching - Coaching members based on needs - Coaching members based on situations - Coaching members based on results
