What is an information radiator?
A display posted in a place where people can see it as they work or walk by. It shows readers information they care about without having to ask anyone a question. This means more communication with fewer interruptions.

A wall chart is there when we are, in our face, always visible. Bigger is better!

Casual is better
Get a tablet of flip chart paper with a sticky back and a light grid, and try drawing your chart with whiteboard markers. You can update it in seconds every day, and if the chart needs to be a bit different, rip it up and draw a new one. You’ll save time, have more fun, and the charts will be more personal and less mechanical.
