Ball Games Resume Sunday at City Park

Resuming a schedule inter rupted by increased production at the Inglowood aircraft plant, the Northrop Bombers will open a series of Sunday afternoon ball gaines at the Torrance city park next Sunday at 2:30 o'clock when they play the California Hornets of Long Beach. Big John Miljus, manag.'r of the Bombers who won the last Cal: fornia state semi-pro title here two years ago, promises to have an exceptionally good team on the field.

The Bombers will take on Loyola University's nine on Sun day, March 21. Games will be free to the public with a col­ lection taken.
