1. IPC & Provider Setup Accessibility Fixes - Objective is to make online IPC and Provider Setup Section 508 compliant. (Deployed on 11/25/2017)

2. YES Assessment CANS, CE and Consent –

2a. New YES Assessment Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) online - Introduces the new CANS Assessment for the YES Waiver Program.

2b. Modification of Clinical Eligibility business rules -Enhancement to the Clinical Eligibility to link with the new YES Assessment CANS.

2c. Consent Modifications - Enhancement to the Consent to display the new YES Assessment CANS. (Online only).

3. CR 114-Modifications to Inpatient Care Waitlist -Add two new questions (Higher level of care needed? and Meets mental health civil commitment criteria?) to the Inpatient Care Waitlist Entry and the Inpatient Care Waitlist.

4. SA Data Downloads - Contracted SUD providers can download records during business hours in XML or EXCEL format using a new online request in CMBHS. Will also enhance existing download functionality.

5. CR 112-Modifications to Pregnant & Postpartum Intervention (PPI) Screening- The objective is to add a few new questions and associated business rules to the PPI screen. (Deployed on 4/2/2018)

6. CR -111- Modifications to Close Case – Add 3 new questions to Close Case when the case type is PPI Case Management. New questions:

▪ Did the client’s children receive all recommended well-child visits?

▪ Client reports abstinence at close case from PPI Program?

▪ Is client’s family currently involved with DFPS CPS?

7. CR 110 - New Life Event Notes Screen - Implement a non-billable Life Event Note to collect PPI data .

8. CR 106 - Associate provider with regions - Associate provider organizations with regions and counties so data can be easily and accurately retrieved for reporting purposes. (Deployed on 5/11/2018)

9. CR 098 - Option to Print a Consent in Spanish –Build a Spanish translated printout of the Consent so clients with limited English proficiency can better understand what they are signing. (Deployed on 10/05/2018)

10. SUD Medicaid Billing – Deploy prior authorization and claims processing for Medicaid SUD Fee for Services clients. (Scheduled for 5/31/2019)

11. CR 078 - Court Ordered Outpatient Commitment –Add a page in CMBHS for Local Mental Health Authorities (LMHAs) to report information related to non-criminal outpatient court-ordered commitment(s) information for mental health treatment.

12. CR -039 - Limit Payment of Claims Not Compliant with Service Delivery Requirements- Implement new business rules and screen changes whereby the CMBHS system will not pay contracted SUD providers for services they are not delivering as required by contract.

(Scheduled for 4/19/2019)

13. Deploy new BO reports for the Recovery Support Service (RSS) Program - The objective of this initiative is design and develop 10 new BusinessObject reports for the RSS Program.

(1st release on 11/16/18, 2nd release on 1/25/19, 3rd

Project Insights:

▪ Home and Community Based Services - Adult Mental Health (HCBS-AMH).

▪ The HCBS-AMH Program was created in response to a mandate from the 83rd Texas Legislature.

▪ This project will automate the business processes of the HCBS-AMH program in the CMBHS system.

▪ The functionality will allow HCBS-AMH providers to use CMBHS to document required client information for the HCBS-AMH program and submit claims for payment.
