CERTIFIED DEMAND DRIVEN PLANNERThe CDDP program enables operations and supply chain practitioners to utilise the methods and applications of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) to drastically improve the way they manage volatile, complex and service-oriented supply and manufacturing scenarios.

CDDP PROGRAM DELIVERS THREE KEY BENEFITS TO YOUR ORGANISATION:

1. Build the organisation’s capabilities to master best practice inventory planning and next generation material requirements planning

2. Promote more effective action at the planning and execution level; reduce lead times; increase fill and on-time delivery rates.

3. Gain international certification

THE CDDP PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES 10 MODULES:

1. MRP in the modern world – the materials challenge in the 21st Century

2. DDMRP introduction

3. Strategic inventory positioning

4. Distribution network positioning

5. Buffer profile and level determination

6. Dynamic buffers

7. Demand driven planning – stocked part

8. Highly visible and collaborative execution

9. DDMRP and master scheduling

10. DDMRP performance reporting and analytics

CERTIFIED DEMAND DRIVEN LEADER The Certified Demand Driven Leader (CDDL) Program equips senior and mid-level operations and supply chain managers with the ability to design, implement and sustain a demand driven supply chain. The program spans planning, operations, distribution and finance.

The CDDL will become a necessary cog in supporting any DDMRP (or bigger) implementation by giving mid-level and senior management an “across the board” look at flow and the concepts need to support flow. Without that support, DDMRP implementations are always at risk. This will be particularly more important in larger enterprises.

THE CDDL PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES SEVEN MODULES:

1. Conventional Challenges for Flow

2. An Overview of Designing and Operating for Flow

3. Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning

4. Demand Driven Scheduling and Shop Floor Execution

5. Tactical Smart Metrics for Operations

6. Demand Driven Sales and Operations Planning

7. Demand Driven Adaptive System Development Path

RESOURCES AND LEARNING FORMATS

The CDDP and the CDDL Programs were created by a global partnership between the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) and the Demand Driven Institute (DDI) and are internationally accredited by the ISCEA International Standards Board.

ASCI, the exclusive affiliate of the Demand Driven Institute in Australia, offers the two day CDDP workshop which is the official program for participants wishing to obtain the CDDP or CDDL designation. The training programs are delivered by ASCI in residential classes with a fully endorsed and qualified instructor.

Testing is completed through the ISCEA’s iProctor system after course completion. Students purchase the exam from ISCEA directly. Upon successful completion of the exam participants receive a CDDP or CDDL

certificate issued by ISCEA and may place the post-nominal letters “CDDP” or “CDDL” after their name.

“This was outstanding! Mind-blowing.”Alec McQueen, Inventory and Planning Manager, Bega Cheese Ltd

“A great course for challenging the way you have always done things.”Nolan De Lange, Supply Chain Director, Alphapharm Pty Ltd

“Great course, really well presented.”Lee Rowland, Supply Chain Director, Fine Wine Partners (Lion Co)
