Nana Hovhannisyan is Human Recourses Director, Member of the Executive Board “Unibank” CJSC. Member of the Board in HR association of Armenia.Nana has more than 12 years of work experience in Human Resources. Prior joining to Unibank in 2011, she was the Head of Beeline University Armenia (the corporate University of ArmenTel CJSC), which was founded in 2008 as the first Corporate University in Armenia. Before joining to ArmenTel, Nana had over five years of experience with Marriott International as the Training Manager. Deiric McCann is Executive Vice President- International, Profiles International. Deiric has been worked with Profiles International since 1998. He has spent almost all of his working career in sales, marketing, and Human Resource leadership positions. Givi ChikovaniConference speech: “Electronic Management of HR”

Givi Chikovani was born in 1991, 24 December. Graduated from Tbilisi high school N55 in 2009. After high school he enrolled in Caucasus University, Caucasus School of Business. 2011-2012 Givi was student of Paris Business School in Paris, France. In 2013 he earned bachelor in finances. He is self-educated programmer and IT specialist. Starting in 2006 he has been freelance programmer and web developer. His finished IT projects are spread all over the Web. In 2011 he launches his own business and is founder and CEO of GM Georgia LTD. He also owns web-development organization Alive Studio. Givi was politically active since his adulthood. He simultaneously worked in United National Movement Youth as an adviser of the board and head of department in 2011-2012. He participated in dozens of conferences, trainings, seminars and debates. Starting from Leadership development trainings from AIESEC or Liberal Academy Tbilisi ending to first regional HR conferences from HR Association of Armenia or National Bank of Georgia. He is also an organizer of several conferences and seminars from 2011. Arpi Karapetyan is an experienced leader, and a recognized professional in the field of Human Resource Management in Armenia, a business consultant and a trainer. Prior to starting the private consulting practice, Arpi acted as a successful Human Resources Manager in leading international companies for over 15 years. In 2008 in response to market demand for western oriented HR consultancy services Arpi has founded Cascade Consultants a company providing one stop HRM solutions in Armenia, where currently holds the position of the General Director. Arpi’s professional portfolio includes an extensive experience in insurance, production, telecommunication, mining, retail and other sectors, where she has been aligning business strategy with HR solutions. Mrs. Astghik Sargsyan works in the field of HR more than 15 years. At present she is a Head of Corporate University in one of the largest telecommunication companies. Her career history includes variety of HR positions: T&D specialist, Corporate trainer, Talent manager, Manager for individual development, HR manager. However, she considers herself as a professional in learning and development, talent management, as well as in recruitment. Hovhannes J. Grigoryan is a head of Institute for Political and Sociological consulting (IPSC). He studied Sociology in Yerevan, Moscow and Frankfurt, worked in the fields of applied sociology, monitoring, marketing and project management for around 10 years and has been teaching theoretical sociology and social survey methodology for 9 years. Hovhannes is experienced in organization and management, report writing and consulting, high quality service provision. IPSC was created in 2006 with the aim of making people heard and letting their opinions considered. Hovhannes is in charge of organizing the IPSC monthly surveys and polls, managing social survey design and implementation, providing consulting and PR recommendations.
