INFOR / Lawson M3 SCM Consultant

The M3 SCM Functional Consultant will play a key role on one or more project teams, executing major technology initiatives like enterprise system software implementation, upgrades and/or process improvement objectives. Typical responsibilities include leading business process design discussions, requirements gathering, gap analysis, technical writing for functional design documents and/or test cases, system configuration & testing, data migration, report design & development, end user training and additional support & duties as required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert and team lead associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with Infor M3 software implementations

Lead and facilitate design process discussions with business process leaders to determine and validate detailed business requirements

Utilize business process and Infor M3 expertise to understand and communicate implications of business requirements on implemented solution

Perform gap analysis, data validation, system configuration, system testing and user training Write functional design documentation with corresponding specifications as required for software

development and test cases

Advanced business process expertise in

Supply Chain ManagementSupply Chain ExecutionWarehouse ManagementProcurementM3 Reporting Manager / Ad-Hoc Reporting

5-8 years of hands on Infor/Lawson M3 Supply Chain consulting experience. Advanced understanding of Infor’s M3 implementation methodology. Expertise in M3 Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Rentals, Plant Maintenance is desirable,

but not required Additional expertise in M3 products like CLM, Warehouse Mobility etc. is highly desirable. Experience implementing Infor M3 version 13.X or higher. Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and software functionality, as well as

unique client requirements and business process needs. Ability to travel Nationwide on weekly basis
