ST.MARY BOOSTER CLUB
The St. Mary Booster Club was founded in 1989 and has supported extracurricular
activities and the school since its inception. We welcome all to join the fun and excitement of
the Booster Club, including alumni, parishioners, grandparents and parents of students. All
members’ names will be displayed on the Booster Club board in the high school hallway as well
as the sports monitor in the gymnasium.
The Booster Club supports many activities at St. Mary’s. We start supporting students as
early as Kindergarten so please know you do not have to wait until your kids are in junior high
or high school to join!
You can be as active or inactive as you want. We have volunteer opportunities at our
various fundraisers: Football Tailgaters, Half-Pot at ball games, Annual Breakfast after Sunday
masses, Potato Sales at the Bazaar, Christmas Cookie Sales, and the Annual LeBrun Sweet Corn
Fundraiser for the football program.
All funds raised are used to support the students and staff at St. Mary Schools. In
previous years, funds have been used for updates to the gym, entertainment for Catholic
Schools Week, Off the Fridge art show at the Pavilion, uniforms and equipment for school
sports, the Junior Achievement program, the Music Program, Journalism and much more. In
addition, we help coaches and teachers through stipends and required training certifications.
We are always looking for new members and new ideas to show our Cardinal Spirit! We
thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you at our Booster Club Meetings-- If
you are interested in joining please mail to: St Mary Booster Club Attn: Tammy Michel
1101 State Avenue Dell Rapids, SD 57022 or Drop Off at the High School Office.
