Derrida is best known for Deconstruction

During his career Derrida published more than 40 books

His work still has a major influence in the academy of continental Europe, south America and all other countries.

Martin Heidegger is German philosopher and a seminal thinker.

26 sep. 1889 – 26 may 1976. According to Internet encyclopedia of

philosophy he is “ widely acknowledge to be one of the most original and important philosophers of the 20th century”.

Heidegger is best known for his contribution to phenomenology and existentialism.

Stanford Encyclopedia of philosophy gave the quotation “ his thinking should be identifies as part of such philosophical movement only with extreme care and qualification”

Seeds of Deconstruction sprouted from Heidegger.

Heidegger, fraud and Nietzsche

The term ‘Destruction’ in Germany translated as ‘Deconstruction’ in French.

Western tradition neglected the question of “ being of being”

Both tried to transfer the western philosophy.

Like Heidegger, Derrida wants to reinvent the language in which philosophy is done.

Like the question of ‘being of being’, the all question of writing is neglected in the entire tradition of western thought.

Derrida criticizing Heidegger that you are also see language as ‘speech’ rather than writing

Entire tendency to privilege speech over writing is what Derrida call ‘ phonocentricism’.
