1. AVOID SUNBURN

Travelers, not forgetting your sunscreen should be one of the top priorities of your day at the beach. Nothing can ruin your day faster than dealing with a sunburn. Especially for those who aren’t used to high amounts of sun exposure, be sure to apply at least a half hour before you hit the beach and to keep applying every two hours.

2. KEEP HYRDRATED

Running around, swimming and building sandcastles or even lounging in the hot sun are all things that could lead to dehydration. Make sure to pack a lot of extra bottles of water in order to stay feeling your best and avoid becoming exhausted and overly thirsty.
