Press the key ‘2’ on keypad to enable the software

Send emergency from phones to inE Server bycontinuously pressing the digit ‘2’

Server will ask to confirm the request made(Customers can either enable or disable the same)

Emergency alerts seeking help will be sentimmediately (upon confirmation by the customer)to the contact details saved in the server already

Customers have the provision to store up to 15numbers in the Server

On pressing the digit ‘2’, Security Officers willreceive alerts on their mobile. They can attendcustomers within 5 minutes after receiving themessage

By presetting alerts to Police, ‘on the spot’ rescueand aid can be availed from them also

In emergency situations, an alert will be sent tothe preset numbers. The alarm system installedin the surrounding houses will be on and thelights will be put on which will alert neighborsduring theft. This provision will enable SecurityOfficers to reach the spot on time and inform thePolice immediately about the mishap

Neither light nor sound will be produced uponpressing the digit ‘2’ on the keypad. Similarly, noring tone or lights will be produced on receipt ofconfirmation of alert from the Server

Security Officers can be availed to check medicalemergencies like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc.using devices and also for other MedicalEmergencies

The movements of Security Officers can be tracedby using Server and satellite signals. In case theSecurity Officers are attacked, the POPs installedclose by to the locality can be alerted and theentire areas can be on guard

The activities of security officers can even betracked through mobile phone. The securityofficers will visit the customers every month toknow if the customers are satisfied and to takecare of grievances, if any

The Security Officers will be provided with a two-wheeler and will be equipped with the most-modern GPS/GPRS technology enabled phoneand Vehicle Tracking devices

The wireless switch can be installed inHouseholds in addition to mobile phones.This can be installed on cots or otherappropriate places as per the discretion ofthe users.
