Comments from Clients & CandidatesCharlene Andrew Production Manager - CCA PNG“I got to know Dane Leeson, in the last couple of months, due to job opportunities that he was contracted to find suitable candidates for. I've found him to be a very people oriented person, in that his approach to me over the phone and via email communications, have had him addressing mewith respect, reassurance, support and enthusiasm. He is very courteous, making sure to greet me before continuing with our conversation; very engaging, making sure the topicof discussion is forthright; He is informative, sharing the details of the organisations we’re discussing and he is very thorough, in that he takes time to reaffirm the details of the discussions so that all the important information is captured. He is a true professional in his current role and I highlyrecommend him.”

"Tasked with the sourcing of a Senior Management Accountant for one of our valued group clients the search required a very focused and thorough search across APAC to ensure we delivered an expatriate candidate that met the quality of our client, possessed the technical ability and the capability to work in an isolated environment. Presenting candidates that met the brief, our client interviewed, came to present an offer and the candidate got cold feet. Careful qualification and re-qualification took place and the same occurrence happened with the 2nd candidate. With relative urgency around the requirement for this person, a new strategy was applied, combing through and speaking with all of the Pacific’s professional financial bodies and their members to which through a referral from Fiji a new candidate was identified who had recently returned to Sri Lanka from a stint in Vietnam. The candidate was qualified, re-qualified, screened through the PXR process, presented to the client, interviewed by the client, offered, accepted and due to start in PNG next month."
