A TECNOIL industrial vacuum is a powerful, compact and resistant industrial machine, specifically designed for the collection and recovery of liquids and chips.

While the chips are withheld and collected into a sieve grid, the liquid is sucked into the tank; when the tank is full, a float stops the sucking. It is then possible to empty the tank with a high pressure pump, which will pump the filtered liquid back into the machine tool.

Oil for cutting may be filtered through different levels of filtration, from 300 to 6 microns. TECNOIL vacuums are indispensable in workshops with automatic lathes or machine tools, and gearing manufactories, for it increases production by reducing machine stand-byes and optimizing the recovery of the oil ( allowing the operator to reuse it in the machine several times, due to the filtration).
