Spoutvac Industries Pty Ltd began in October 1987 as Australia’s first major manufacturer of Industrial Vacuum & Water Jetting Systems. “Spoutvac” is today recognised as a leader in the applications of vacuum loading and high pressure water jetting technologies, specialising in the design of mobile solutions for environmental and industrial cleaning, material handling, hydro excavation and drain and sewer cleaning.
Company Development and Expertise: Spoutvac is focused on Manufacture of Standardized product, and the “In Service Support” of this equipment. Spoutvacs manufacture and support facility is purpose built to accommodate the specialised manufacture demanded by this equipment. Spoutvac maintains a solid growth path in product development, manufacture and product support capability. Andrew Mollison, Group General Manager Andrew has 33 years’ experience in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry. Andrew is the Group General Manager for Regent Pumps, Spoutvacs parent company, and is also responsible for Matthew Davis Australia & Regent Dynamics.
Barry Comb, Site Manager Barry has over 30 years’ experience in high pressure pumps, and vacuum & jetting systems manufacture. Barry has over 11 years’ experience in building Spoutvac units and is a qualified Fitter and Turner tradesman.
Rodney Purtill, Industrial Sales Manager Rodney has over 15 years' experience in after sales service and support with over 7 years experience on Spoutvac products. Shayne McDonald, In Service Support Manager Shayne has 25 years in the Manufacturing Industry of which 21 years have been with Spoutvac. In the last 9 years Shayne has been involved with workshop supervision, customer training, fault diagnosis, maintenance and test and trial of units. Shayne is a qualified Boilermaker tradesman. Tony Bishoff, Quality & Procurement Manager Tony has over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, starting as a coachbuilder at Rolls Royce London. The past 15 years have been in quality management & procurement within vehicle manufacturing. Tony is a qualified Sheet metal worker with an engineering diploma.
Andrew Peel, Fabrication Supervisor Andrew has been with Spoutvac for over 8 years, and has over 30 years experience in metal fabrication across various industries including construction, maintenance and general engineering. He is a qualified Boilermaker tradesman.
Tony Vallance, Electronics Supervisor Tony has 27 years in truck systems, 16 years of this time has been on the computerised electronic controls of Spoutvac systems. Tony’s training extends across computerised controls for hydraulics, pneumatics & load systems and their integration into truck platforms. Tony is a qualified Auto Electrician tradesman.
Andrew Gladman, Technical Sales Engineer Andrew has 9 years of experience in the manufacturing of drain and sewer cleaning equipment. Andrews has detailed knowledge of fault diagnosis, maintenance and test and trial of units. Andrew is also a qualified Boilermaker tradesman.
Darcy O’Byrne, Test and Trials Supervisor Darcy has been with Spoutvac for 10 years, first with his apprenticeship and now as our auto electrician and Test and trials Supervisor. Darcy is responsible for the sign off of our units pre-delivery.
Spoutvac has a resource of long term employees with expertise in the critical aspects of electronics, hydraulics and assembly. Spoutvac Staff have in excess of 100 years of accumulated experience across the areas of Vacuum and Jetting Sales, Manufacture, Maintenance and Support.

An Outline of Our Capability and Process: Design: Using Solid Edge software enabling a 3D approach to layout of units on cab chassis, has provided the improvement the industry has needed in optimising space and weight distribution within units.
Fabrication: Spoutvac has an extensive workshop dedicated to the fabrication of tanks, welded structures and the fitment to the cab chassis. Blast & Paint: The flow through blast and paint enjoys a large dedicated facility of each.

Assembly: Spoutvac has a dedicated assembly shop bringing a “leading example” of the standard of which a workshop environment is required for the assembly and maintenance of Vacuum and Jetting equipment in Australia.
Test & Trials: Our Test and Trials phase has a dedicated capability which will see further extension as we continue our development.
In Service Support: Spoutvac considers product support just as important as the manufacture of your equipment and due to this we have set up an extensive network across Australia to support the Vacuum and Jetting Industry. In Service Support maintenance
Support Spares: Working with “In Service Support” we maintain an extensive stock of local and International product to support our equipment Australia wide.
