POWER SEALER Industrial Vacuum Impulse Sealer Plus 1020 MVMEDWB Main characteristics: Validatable stainless steel tabletop vacuum impulse sealer with Audion Touch Techware for sealing flexible packagings. Vacuum time and gas flush time are independently adjustable. Sealing and cooling times can be adjusted independently depending on the thickness of film to be sealed. The Audion Industrial Vacuum Impulse sealer Plus is standard mounted with an upper and lower sealing bar and is designed in a sol- id heavy-duty construction (“wide body”) in order to guaran- tee an improved and well-balanced pressure over the entire sealing bar. This enables to seal thicker types of film (f.i. gusset bags). Of course, the 1020 MVMEDWB is also suitable for “seal- ing only”. By switching off the vacuum and gas flush time, the vacuum nozzle is deactivated. Calibration and ValidationCalibration of the validatable sealer is the measurement of all measurement values of a critical instrument, by a measurement department or a certified laboratory. This process will also have to demonstrate whether these instruments are suitable to operate according to the manufacturer’s specifications. If the measured values deviate too much from the values drawn up in the validation report, the measuring instrument in question will have to be adjusted/replaced (=calibration). The calibration report shall be made up and documented as evidence for the validation. Calibration of the Audion validatable vacuum sealer is recommended on purchase of the sealer, i.e. before first use. To be executed once a year, obviously depending on what is recorded in the validation report.
