TERMS

Distribution Policy

Our products are offered for sale on a selected distribution basis. We will only sell our products for resale. We will not sell direct to

the end user. Distributorships may sell “ITD, INC.” branded products, additionally we offer private label services to promote your business

name on high quality chemicals. We offer coast-to-coast coverage with the largest L.T.L. carriers (less than truckload) in the nation and the

ability to drop ship products directly to your customer’s front door.

• Products

We concentrate all of our products to the maximum limit of solubility. We don’t like to ship water. When we say, “concentrate”, the

product is to be cut or diluted before it is sold to your customers. Read the instructions carefully before preparing these products. Labels

and SDS’s for the ready-to-use (R.T.U.) products are available from our office. We use the phrase “ready-to-use” to indicate that we have

diluted the product to a strength that is most easily sold to your customers. This may be half strength, quarter strength, or less. The choice is

yours” “ready-to-use” for convenience or “concentrate” for economy.

• Credit Terms

All invoices are due and payable in 30 days. Any invoices over 30 days will be subject to financing charges calculated at 18% APR.

Customers with invoices over 45 days, from the date of invoice, will be notified that any orders placed or in house will be held until all the

past due accounts are cleared.

• Freight Allowances

On invoices of $4,000.00 or more, we will allow up to 7% of the invoice amount toward the freight cost of that shipment on product only.

If the freight costs are less than the allowed amount, only the actual freight charges will be allowed. No allowance will be granted to any

distributor that has an outstanding invoice over 30 days old. A copy of your freight bill must be attached to the invoice for credit.

• Ordering Information

Please order products by item number. This item number can be found listed under each product name. At the bottom of each product

category page is a table listing the packaging configurations. Each item number has two parts; the first is the “formula/product” number,

and the second is the packaging configuration description.

BD Series of Butyl Degreasers

BD-3-C is a 3% butyl degreaser with Caustic.

Formulated for economy it contains an organic

solvent to help dissolve grease, oil, mold,

mildew, soap scum, etc.

BD-5-C is a 5% butyl degreaser with Caustic

contains 25% more solids than BD-3-C and is

highly concentrated for heavy-duty applications.

One Drum Makes Two

BD-6 is designed as a 6% butyl, non-caustic

cold water degreaser. This multi-purpose

product is a bug remover, degreaser, truck wash

and all-purpose cleaner.

BD-10-C is a 10% butyl degreaser and

contains a very soft caustic formula that

enhances its effectiveness. It works well in cold

or hot water, high pressure washing of mobile

homes, homes, RV’s, trucks, trailers, & buildings.

Economy Degreasers

Big Dog is a premium, high quality,

concentrated butyl/degreaser that contains an

organic solvent. It contains double the Butyl in

BD-10-C and twice the Caustic of BD-5-C. Grease,

oil, mold, mildew, and soap scum, cannot stand

up to this powerhouse.

Rite Stuff An economical Butyl high quality

cleaner/degreaser that contains an organic

solvent to help dissolve grease, oil, mold,

mildew, soap scum etc. It is also an excellent

pre spray for use on extremely difficult cleaning

jobs. A high quality cleaner that won’t break the

bank. Biodegradable.

Non-Butyl Degreasers

Wild Dog is an extra heavy-duty caustic off

road cleaner. Optimum dilution of this product

ranges from 60:1 to 100:1 depending upon soil

and water conditions.

SC-C is a caustic off-road cleaner designed for

use in steam cleaners and hot water washers. It

has special water softening agents and will

inhibit scale build-up. It is formulated

SC-NC is a non-caustic, non-butyl off-road

cleaner designed for use in steam cleaners and

SM100 Soy Asphalt Release is a

concentrated liquid formulated with the highest

slip materials and anti-sticking agents available

today. Made from a derivative of soybeans.

Asphalt Release (water base) is designed

to safely coat hard surfaces without using harsh

solvents. Prevents asphalt from sticking to truck

bed surfaces. Just spray an even coat on bare

surface. No Stick.

Ceramic Tile & Grout Cleaner

Specially formulated acid cleaner for use on

most bathroom fixtures and surfaces including

stainless steel, chrome, plastic, tile floors and

walls, grout etc. Will remove tough

stains including algae, soap scum, rust, hard

water stains, oil, grease and oxidation.

Form Release GP is a silicone-based, non-

toxic, nonflammable coating designed for use on

wood surfaces and industrial equipment to

prevent other coatings from sticking to treated

surfaces. FORM RELEASE GP is to be applied

via spray gun or pump up sprayer to the wood

and equipment to be protected.

Miscellaneous Products

Descaler is designed to remove lime and

sludge build up from process equipment, floors,

and walls. Shipped in a ready to use formula for

those tough, neglected applications, it can also

be diluted up to 10 parts water and 1 part cleaner

for maintenance use.

Hand Soap is highly concentrated, requiring

very small amounts to generate a lather that will

remove most any soil. This HAND SOAP is

designed for use with pump dispensers or

wall mount dispensing equipment. The lemon

scent will leave freshness to once heavily soiled

hands.

Lime be Gone will clean and brighten

unpainted aluminum without damage when used

as directed. It removes lime from surfaces using

cold or hot water.

Commercial Fire & Soot Remover is

designed for the removal of carbon soot stains

on non-porous surfaces resulting from fire and

smoke damage. It will also emulsify heavy

grease, soap scum, rubber burns, floor finishes,

black heel marks, dirt, printer ink, and carbon

deposits. It has excellent cleaning capabilities

even at extremely high dilution rates.

Coil Maintenance

Super Coil Descaler is an inhibited

Hydrochloric acid solution that when used as

directed will effectively remove scale and rust

from the interior of steam cleaner heating coils.

This product must be circulated, neutralized, and

disposed of properly per the instructions that

are included with the product.

Dyna Coil Detergent Additive is a

highly concentrated additive especially

formulated with the highest quality raw material

possible to promote the rapid deterioration

of the crystalline structures that form under high

heat and hard water conditions.

Rust Remover

Rust Stain Remover is a high-quality

cleaner specially designed for rust removal. It

works equally well on concrete, masonry and

other exposed hard surfaces. It will remove rust

stains created by sprinkler systems or steel

structures.

Mud Away is a complex blend of acids

designed to manage red mud, tire tracks,

and rust stains from concrete slabs, blocks and

brick surfaces. For concrete walls, a thickened

version capable of vertical cling keeps Mud Away

on the vertical surface to completely remove

most stains.

Parts Washer Detergent

Hot Vat Stripper NF is a highly

concentrated, powder cleaning detergent

especially formulated with the highest quality

penetrants and surfactants to promote the rapid

emulsification of dirt, grease, and oil. This

product is designed for use in hot vats and high

pressure spray cabinets. Safe on non-ferrous

metals.

Hot Vat & Jet Spray Powder is

formulated to be used in jet spray machines.

Effectively remove rust, paint, scale and other

contaminants. Also, extremely effective when

used in hot vat and soak tank systems. Only for

use on ferrous metal, contains caustic soda.

All Purpose Parts Cleaner is a heavy-

duty alkaline compound that effectively removes

oils, dirt, and many other soils from ferrous and

non-ferrous metal parts. At higher

concentrations, it is especially effective on

varnishes, soft carbons and polishing, stamping,

and drawing compounds.

Phos-Tize HD is a heavy-duty, hot-

phosphatizing, degreasing and de-rusting

compound for use through hot-water high-

pressure washers, steam cleaners and hot dip

tanks.

Detergent Enhancers

Booster surfactant system is formulated to be

added to acid and alkaline cleaning agents. At

ratios of 1% to 5% by weight, it will increase

wetting and bonding of most detergent

formulations.

Universal Foamer is a high-foaming

additive designed to be compatible with all of

our acid and alkaline detergents. Used at the

rate of one gallon per drum of finished product.

Defoamer is an additive for cleaning

agents. It will decrease the foaming action of

the product and therefore increase its ability to

rinse quickly. Defoamer can be used with water

reclaim systems.
