The Brunei Government intends to outsource the development, marketing and management of the industrial sites to a private company.

The private company is envisaged to be a foreign industrial infrastructure specialist responsible for the planning, promotion and development of a dynamic industrial landscape

The private company will be offered a long term concession for 30/60 years and assumes all project risk and pays Brunei Government a fixed fee for the concession

The Brunei Government will provide the basic utilities requirement up to the boundary of the industrial sites

The private company would be held to a set of deliverables / KPIs and can be terminated if not up to standard

The private company is expected to come in with a number of secured tenants The Brunei Government reserves the right to be a Joint Venture partner of the industrial

development project
