By the end of the secondquarter of 2015, in the industrialreal estate market havemonitored 708 industrialproperties (Over 2,000 m²) .

During that quarter, joined 4warehouses to the inventory inApodaca.

By the end of the secondquarter of 2015, 18 class “A”industrial buildings wereregistered as being underconstruction. It is estimated thatwhen they are finished, they willincrease the existing industrialinventory by 385,000 squaremeters.

In terms of industrial buildingsthat are in the project, 22properties were monitored class“A”.

Importantly, in the long-term, it is expected that Apodaca, Guadalupe, Pesqueria and SalinasVictoria submarkets have a greater development of industrial buildings by the arrival of newindustries to the region. Such is the case with KIA Motors’ assembly plant which will be located inthe town of Pesqueria.

It is expected that the following years the North (Teoloyucan, Zumpango, Huehuetoca, Tepeji delRio and Atitalaquia) submarket will develop more industrial buildings because of its proximity toArco Norte highway and Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, which provides access to Mexico City,Puebla, Toluca, and Queretaro.
