The strength of IndusInd bank is existing customer base.
The customers are overall satisfied with the employees (CSM/RM/tellers/supervisors).
80-90% of customers are satisfied with various facilities of the bank .
Most of individual customer are using products like ATM, Credit card & mobile banking/net banking.
10% of the sample size has applied for loans and mutual funds

More focused advertisement & promotional activities. The bank inform the existing as well as potential
customer about:- New schemes from time to time.Awareness about e-banking should developed.
Loan/mutual fund agents should give all the details to the customers.
the fastest settlement of customer problems. Bank must take feedbacks of customers regarding
features & services regularly and try to resolve if any complaints received.

Sample size taken is very small. The time was very limited as for requirement of
study. Not all type of customers were covered for the
study, only individuals customers were considered.
Some responses may be biased towards the organizations.
Unwillingness of respondents to share information during the initial interviews.

From the analysis it can be concluded that customers are satisfied and reluctant to take the services of IndusInd Bank.
Presently IDB covering 380 geographical locations with more than500 branches and more than 1000 own ATM’s and tie ups with various banks
Within a very short period of time the achievement made by IndusInd Bank is excellent.
IndusInd bank believes in providing good customer services to their customers as well as innovative products like choose your account number which is a key factor for success in future.
