Registering on the Learning Line forms the heart of the induction process. This is initiated by a manager who assigns mentors as part of the registration process.
Multiple mentors may be assigned, especially if there is a need for specialised experience (eg, disabled staff)
Once registered, a sequence of alerts is triggered, ensuring the new joiner has timely access to the necessary policy, process and training information.
