Induction Program

Induction will be a one-day program aimed at giving new employees an overall perspective ofthe Company. The program will start with an ice breaker (if there are more than fourcandidates). This is an informal session with the candidates, conducted by the dministrationteam.

The candidates will also be given an Induction docket to introduce them to the Company. TheInduction !ocket contains the following information"

%/. The immediate superior will brief the new employee about the ob function,responsibilities and co-ordinate with dministration to provide any training that thenew incumbent would need to perform their ob.

%1. The dministration team will also arrange for the new incumbent to meet the &resident C7*, preferably on their first day.
