In ancient time our country nurtures itself with the help of vedic concept or
completely depend up on natural resources. We had forgotten about the treasures
we had as our cow, our soil, and our medicinal herbs. Now its high time is to recall
all this natural resources before its too late. We have to understand the concept of
zero budget farming for the developmet of farming in India. Its necessary to convert
our barren land to fertile land with the help of cow dung manure, vermicompost
etc. Today’s farmer is facing harsh situation like production quality and yield. We
have to spread knowledge regarding organic farming which help our farmers our
country legend. We need to develop our village because the country economy
dependes on the village and agriculture.

But days passed changes were taken place, some changes were good and some has

Kankrej, Red Sindhi, Hariana, Dangi, Mewati, Malvi etc.
At this unit we have a Desi Breed Development Project; here we are developing desi cows breed
which will increase the population of Indian breeds.
To feed these cows we have cultivated high nutritious varieties of fodder like Alfalfa, Azolla,

Our aim is to feed and nurture Indian Breed Cows and give India pure quality of Desi Cow
Milk, Ghee, Cow Dung, Gaumutra etc.
V. Organic Product Knowledge Centre
With the goal of improving and enhancing true wellbeing and happiness of the people and
their healthy life style our team attempts to connect a link between the mother land and its
people. In order to attain this goal, we are engaged in provide organic products to the society
through our Organic Shoppe.
VI. Irrigation Systems-
Irrigation is the artificial application of water to land for the purpose of agricultural
production. Effective irrigation will influence the entire growth process from seedbed
preparation, germination, root growth, nutrient utilisation, plant growth and regrowth, yield
and quality.
We are having advance drip irrigation system network all over of our plantations on 160 acres
as well as we are equipped with bore wells which are providing 24x7 water availability.
VII. Rain Water Harvesting System
A rainwater harvesting system comprises components of various stages - transporting
rainwater through pipes or drains, filtration, and storage in tanks for reuse or recharge, this is
the one of the best option to save and harvest water.
Rajasthan is state where precipitation of only 2% of totals India’s rainfall, so it is our first
priority to harvest that minimal water to reuse; we are equipped with this system.
VIII. Biogas Making Plant
Biogas is a eco-friendly fuel made with cattle dung has been recognized as the chief raw
material for bio-gas plants, other materials like night-soil, poultry litter and agricultural
wastes can also be used. The required raw materials for biogas production are available
9 HCMS, JAIPUR
abundantly in villages. It not only produces biogas, but also gives us nutrient rich slurry that
can be used for crop production. It prevents the health hazards of smoke in poorly ventilated
rural households that use dung cake and fire-wood for cooking. We at HCMS have 2 numbers
of such biogas plants which are operation since 15 years.
IX. GO-CAST Making Centre
A combination of dung and straw (or any agro waste/harvested crop residues) is fed into the
hopper of the machine. Screw mechanism has been provided in the machine, which helps in
mixing raw materials thoroughly, compress them and extrude them out. By using different
size of die, logs of different shapes and sizes can be made easily. Produced logs are then put
under the sunlight to dry out the moisture inside them, making them hard and sturdy.
In Hindu Sanskriti, dry or wet Cow dung is used for many purposes like hom, havan, yagya
but now days unavailability of cow dung Indian people mostly prefer traditional product for
cremation e.g. wooden logs and dried cow dung logs. Compared to fire wood and other
alternatives, cremation using cow dung logs cost less. This has lead to the increased demand
of cow dung logs but due to difficulty in manufacturing long logs, availability remains a
problem.
We are using 4 tonnes of cow dung daily to make this Go-cast.
X. Cow Dung Pots
In nurseries, conventionally plastic bags are used to grow the plant saplings. There are many
disadvantages associated with the plastic bags like not being bio-degradable, having nil
porosity, and hence not being eco friendly. Moreover, after germination, the bag has to be torn
off to facilitate root growth and in case the bag is not torn properly the plant gets damaged.
HCMS has developed eco friendly pot by using cow dung and agriculture waste, through
women’s associated with through SHG’s, which is completely biodegradable. The innovation
lies in the idea and achieving optimum combination of mixers of cow dung and other natural
binders used to make it sturdy and resistant to pest.
We are making 500 of these pots daily using pure Desi cow dung.
XI. Organic Manure Manufacturing Unit
We are Asia’s biggest handmade manure making unit where we use 30 tonnes of cow dung
daily to produce high quality Vermicompost. Here we produce 10800000 Kgs of manures
yearly.
Different kinds of manures like Neem Cake, Trichoderma, and Gypsum is manufactured over
here to meet the demand from all over India.
10 HCMS, JAIPUR
Innovatively we are manufacturing,
1. Gaumutra Biofertilizer
2. Aloevera Biofertilizer
3. Seaweed Biofertilizer with a daily processing unit capacity of 5 metric tonnes.
XII. Dhup Batti and Agar Batti Making
We are using daily 100 kgs of cow dung to make dhup batti and agar batti over at our site with
the help of women’s which are associated with us through SHG’s. This activity is engaging
them in money making business, which is ultimately giving them financial freedom.

We make powder of herbs and leaves Like Moringa, Tulsi, Safed Musali Roots etc in different
sizes such as, 50 mesh 100 meshes, 200 meshes etc.
XVIII. Herbs Storage Center (as per good storage practices)
Herbs and spices play an important role in the cuisine of many cultures and consumer
demand in the world. For spicy and flavorful foods continues to increase. The leaves and seeds
of herbaceous plants used to season foods have become known as herbs while spices are
chilli, black pepper, turmeric, tej patta, cardamom etc. These savory ingredients can be used
as healthier alternatives to replace or reduce the amount of salt and sugar in foods. Herbs are
often grown in home gardens or purchased fresh and used to enhance food dishes and flavor
beverages, vinegars, and oils. Fresh herbs can also be dried or frozen for later use. Their flavor
comes from specialized aromatic oils in the cells of the plants. Chopping or grinding breaks
the cell walls and releases the flavor; heat increases the rate at which some herbs release their
flavors.

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED AGRICULTURE
SKILL DEVLOPMENT (IIAASD)
The Indian agriculture has immense history of glory itself as eg Harappa civilization but today’s scenario is
totally opposite. The younger people of India become sacred in agriculture area due to impact of social
pressure and financial loss. They have no vision and goal and most importantly lack of knowledge and
information, how they promote their valuable agriculture practices.
1. The challenges in farming as
2. Fragmented farm holding,
3. poor package of practices
4. at farm level,
5. low productivity,
6. low capital formation,
7. highly risky nature of agriculture,
8. high input cost and low-price realization leading to perpetual debt trap,
9. Policy restriction such as APMC restricting farmer ability to sell anywhere further is hampering
realization, lack of connectivity with processors and supply driven thinking.
Further there is no profit for consumer also as they have got poor quality and chemically synthesized food
material with more cost.
Hence Institute of Advanced Technology of Organic Herbs provides every information about
agriculture and farming related activities by offering training and diploma course. Under this programmed
a farmer proceed to Agripreneur. These course help farmer to become Agripreneur to
agriprofessional.
