The casualtiei listad below were three of five crew members of aircraft C- 7-A-DK (cargo), which failed to return frcm a glider tow mission to Yalta (-.esei) Germany, on 2A ''arch 1945.

U, FINDINGS:

a. Frcm witnesses statements i t i s revealed that aircraft was hi t by flak aporoximately U miles north east of Wosel, and crashed in the area. Two of'the crew parachuted, were held as prisoners, but were latar rescued by paratroopers.

b. Sweepinft Opera "ions hav- been conducted in the area concern­ed, hcwever, of the unknowns recovered, none may be associatad with the sub/ject casualties.
