PROFILE

INDRA K. NOOYI has been PepsiCo’s Chief Executive Officer since 2006

She was elected to PepsiCo’s Board of Directors and became Presidentand . Chief Financial Officer in 2001, after serving

as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2000

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Ms. Nooyi spent four years as Senior VicePresident of Strategy, Planning and Strategic

Marketing for Asea Brown Boveri, Inc. She was also Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Motorola

and assumed the role of Chairman of PepsiCo’s Board of Directors in 2007.

HISTORY

She did her BSc. in Chemistry from Madras Christian College and subsequently earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Marketing from IIM Calcutta. Indra Nooyi also holds a Master's Degree in Public and Private management from the Yale School of Management.

Indra Nooyi spent her childhood in Chennai. Her father worked at the State Bank of Hyderabad and her grandfather was a district judge

Before joining PepsiCo in 1994, She had stints at Mettur Beard sell and Johnson & Johnson
