Welcome to Indika

Returning to The Capstone Theatre for its second year, Indika celebrates the rich diversity of the Indian subcontinent through music and dance. Featuring performances by leading musicians and dancers, performing art forms that originate from areas across India, Indika brings India to your doorstep!

Taking place in the intimate venue of The Capstone Theatre, almost every evening features a double bill performance of music and dance, meaning we truly have something for everyone to enjoy.

To open the festival we’ve joined up with Brouhaha International for a fun, family friendly outdoor garden party in the Angel Field Garden. With performances, workshops and delicious food available, come along and join the celebration on Saturday 27th July from 4pm!

In addition to the daily evening performances, we also have the return of the incredibly popular Morning Raga sessions, which were a highlight last year. Once again they’re free drop in sessions so do join us for a uplifting and invigorating start to your day on Sunday 28 July and Thursday 1 August at 8am.

We look forward to welcoming you at Indika!
