• Krishna Pandit Bhanji, the son of Rahimtulla Harji Bhanji, was born in 1943. He studied at the University of Salford and Pendleton College. Whilst at college,  he became involved in amateur dramatics in Manchester, making his professional stage debut on graduation, aged 23. Apart from his presence in several Broadway productions, his 40 year career span has seen some commendable cinematic appearances which have earned him an Oscar, Grammy, BAFTA and two Golden Globes.
