We are happy to inform you that International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research

(ISPOR) India - Mumbai Chapter, in collaboration with "ISPOR BCP Student Chapter" and "Indian Medical

Pharmacologists Association - IMPA", is organizing its First International Conference on the theme

“Understanding Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)”, on 31st Jan' 2016 at Bombay College of

Pharmacy, Mumbai.

The conference envisages bringing experts from academia and industry to give a real world perspective on the

current trends and future scope of HEOR in an Indian scenario. The major highlight of the conference is the

workshop on “How to Conduct Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis”, which seems to be the need of hour

in the over loaded era of medical information and evidence generation.

We appeal to all the industry/academia professionals, who have a degree in the field of medicine, dentistry,

pharmacy, economics, public health or a related discipline with a demonstrated interest in health technology

assessment, economic evaluation or health economics, for active participation in making this

conference/workshop a great success.
