What is it? The Recruitment Report is for all companies that recruit in small numbers

The Talent Management Reports

What are they? The Talent Management Reports are unique self-development style reports

for managing your talent. The report comes with detailed instructions and a

workbook that allows the person to interpret and analyse the results in

depth. The person can utilise the knowledge and self–discoveries for years

to come.

The Team Report

What is it? The Team Report is great for team development of any team of 16 members

or less. It points out Team’s Natural Behavioural Style and it’s strengths and

development areas.

Furthermore, it breaks the team tasks into categories and indicates which team

member is strong in which category. This report can be constructed from

any of the previously mentioned assessments.


• The Shotgun Map indicates where the natural behavioral styles

fall on the Extended DISC Diamond

• A Name Map indicates where the natural behavioral styles fall

on the Extended DISC Diamond

• The Arrow Map indicates where both the natural behavioral

styles and the perceived need for behavioural adjustment fall on

the Extended DISC Diamond.

• The Team Profile allows the demonstration of the team’s

behavioral style. Team Profile combines the team members’

individual percentages into a profile

• “Change pressure directed to the team” - profile demonstrates

how the team feels it must, or wants to adjust its behavioral style

to better meet the requirements and pressures of the present

environment

• The Scorecard page divides

the functions of the team into

categories.

numerical value is calculated

that reflects how natural (i.e.

requires less energy,

concentration and effort) each

aspect of the team function is

for him/her.

The Couple Report

What is it? The Extended DISC® Couples Report combines the results of two individuals'

Personal Analysis results into one report. It is designed to help couples

understand each other better and to develop their relationship further.

It is a report that can be used with equal ease by newlyweds who want to

understand each other better, already weds who realise the importance of

understanding differences in each other’s behavioural styles and generally

by any two people committed to making their relationship harmonious and

meaningful.


Student Report

• The Student Assessment describes your "natural behavioural style".

• It is based on The Extended DISC® model, which helps us to

communicate, understand our differences and develop ourselves

further.

• The purpose of this report and workbook is to give you additional

information, provoke some self-examination and to help and support

you in your journey of self-development.


Customized Reports

• Elements of the Extended DISC Reports on our

existing platform EDOS can be customized to

meet customer requirements

• Details of customizable elements are available

on request and mainly cover the look and feel of

the reports

• Customization is chargeable and renewable
