The children studying in the Akanksha centre in Supari Tank Municipal School felt that their school looked very drab and the walls desperately needed a paint job.

The right wall had to be identified on which the children could work. They finally decided on the school compound wall.

The centre teachers helped the children get the required permissions from the school authorities.

Painters helped the children with the base on the wall.

In the end all the children felt very happy and proud of what they had achieved. Their happy smiles said it all.
