Pioneered by Multi Media Synergy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MMSC),
end-to-end e-Learning Solutions Provider.
The Centre for development, deployment, implementation, hosting and management of E-Training initiatives.
To complement the national skill-based training program offered
under Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Ministry of
Human Resource (MoHR).
JPK is producing 50,000 to 100,000 certified K-Workers yearly via its PBs. The E-Training program will assist to increase the number of skilled and knowledge workers in the industry
Established in August 2004 as a Special Propose Vehicle (SPV) for E-Training Program for K-
Worker. Commenced operations 2012.
The E-Training Program introduce blended learning approach, with 30% to 40% of the training will be done online.
• Usage of online multimedia training courseware;• Learning & Content Management System (LCMS) via Portal;• Efficient certification and monitoring processes.
The online training via portal will combine:
The portal will be the main delivery platform for the E-Training Program and can be accessed by the trainees from all the Pusat Bertauliah (PBs)

CURRENT PROCESS Students will register at respective PB.
Registration are carried out manually at PB by the management.
Students will attend classes, assessments and examination at PB’s which are scheduled between Monday to Friday according to programs.
PB will monitor student’s progress and credit hours through class attendance, assessments and examination.
JPK will monitor PB’s progress through reporting and amendment of course content will be carried out in written and distributed manually to all PB.
Certification will be endorse upon training completion.

The Government continues to emphasize the need of min. standard education for skilled workforce that will be the engine of growth for Malaysia’s economy towards achieving the country’s Vision 2020.

• This figure is too small compared to the existing 10 million uncertified workers
