All athletes must be entered by their respective Federations, including individual athletes. 4. Entry fee Entry fee for each athlete will be USD200.00 This includes airport and venue transfers, lunch on competition days and fee for the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony Dinner. Entry fees must be paid in cash during registration before the event begins. Entry fees must be paid for in cash during registration in US Dollars. 5. Official’s Fee (Federation Officials, Team Managers & Coaches) Official’s fee for each federation official attending in an official capacity will be USD10.00 per day per person. This includes airport and venue transfers, lunch on competition days and fee for the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony Dinner. Official’s fee must be paid in cash during registration in US Dollars 6. Friends & Family Fee - Opening Dinner and Banquet Final Night Party: The price for non-athletes eg. friends and family to attend both the Opening and Closing Ceremony Dinner will be total USD50.00 per head (buffet and beverages included). This includes airport and venue transfers, lunch on competition days and fee for the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony Dinner. Fees must be paid in cash during registration in US Dollars.

7 Airport Transfers The organising committee will arrange transportation for teams and officials from the Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN) <http://www.airport.kr/mo/main.do?lang=en> to the Official Hotels, which is a 4 hour drive away. A member of the organising committee will meet skiers, riders, Federation representatives, coaches, managers, supporters (family & friends) and technical officials at Incheon International Airport (ICN) and then arrange transfers to Yeonggwang-gun County. The meeting point will be the Information Counter at Gate 5 on the 1st Floor (Arrivals).

8 Liability The Korea Waterski & Wakeboard Association, IWWF Asia, IWWF Ltd. and the organizing committee of the 2016 IWWF Asian Championships, do not accept any liability for damage to persons, materials or property against competitors, technical officers, technical officials, official helpers and other persons. All competitors take part at their own risk in every respect even if they are engaged out of the competition, e.g. in any additional program. With their entry in the competition they give up any claim for instances of loss of any kind arising indirectly or directly during this event. Participants should take out private accident insurance besides their health insurance. Accident insurance should include all accidents arising during competition. Damage to third parties (e.g. spectators) is insured only within the limits of the organizer’s liability. Participants will be required to sign a waiver and provide evidence of adequate personal accident insurance including competition cover during registration or they will not be allowed to compete
