organizational, to create an environment absent of injury. It is NOT a Goal, Result or Trophy to seek or acquire. It is however, a Mindset Intolerant of any Level, Frequency of Severity of Injury… (JMJ)®

If we continue to put ourselves at Risk and allow our co-workers to be at Risk, someone will get hurt… It is not a matter of IF but WHEN!
So, We must ask….So, We must ask….
Why do we put ourselves At Risk?
Schedule Budget Time Equipment or the Lack thereof We did it this way – Last Time It is what the company Expects
of us!!!
Three Key Challenges..1. Observing my co-workers and
catching myself preoccupied or “Asleep at the Wheel.”
2. Speaking up when I see someone At Risk.
3. Being open to change when someone speaks to me.

So who do we need to work on to get to an Injury Free
workplace? Simply work on ourselves Work on our relationships Work on our Company outlook And commit to change… Oh Yes… And this does take time and
energy…
Manson’s Process Everyone is worthy and deserves treatment as a
human.. We introduce IIF and it’s initial concept
immediately upon hire. Within 60 – 90 days all employees are given a 4
hour IIF orientation. IIF in Action training has been given to All
supervisors and follow ups are being planned. Local “Champions” groups continue to carry on
conversations with field and project personnel.
