Incentives Incentives The Calhoun County Economic Development Council (EDC) has numerous financial incentive programs available to industries. Each program has its own requirements for eligibility and term limits. Because no two projects are alike, the EDC is able to tailor a specific incentive proposal to fit your precise needs.
