In addition, edge-to-edge printing allows Onset to bleed on substrates up to 0.4" thick and up to 22 pounds at full speed, providing enormous versatility in terms of what can be printed as well as the ability to proof a job on the material on which it will finally be produced. Uvijet Ink for OnsetThe use of Micro-V dispersion technology maximizes pigment loading in Uvijet inks to achieve high color strength while maintaining ink stability. The ultra-fine dispersion technique creates a smaller particle size, which prevents filter blockage and doesn't adversely affect print heads.

But recognizing the fact that not all material printed will be a standard format size or thickness, the print bed is immediately accessible – maximizing versatility.
PRINT ACCURACY AND RELIABILITYThe Inca Onset is configured to produce the highest print quality. It has 24 print modules each containing 24 FUJIFILM Dimatix Spectra print heads (CMYK). A built-in automatic head cleaning station ensures consistent quality and simple ease of use.
