POD anticipation: Determination of the supposed date of return of the POD, and anticipated exhaustiv check if POD

is not present within the designated frame period

Additionnal staff extension to track POD (already done) until the T.E. is operational (Oct.2007)

Sharing out of geographical areas within the transport dept in order to concentrate responsabilities

Review of administrative tasks within the shipping dept

More regular and systematic line-haul, with standard timing of departures from the DC

More physical presence on carriers hubs to track and check the physical presentation of deliveries

• PT:– Modis: Deliveries through local re-stow on pallets

• UK: – Blacks: New back-up pallet carrier: N.Dentressangle (larger fleet

for more reactivity)– Argos: Pre-delivery to a local carrier using the Blue pallets as

requested by consignee– Change of parcels carrier from LYNX to DHL Europlus

• ES: – ECI: Disconnection of parcels deliveries from pallets, the

consignments are dispatched separately from the regular flow– Las Rozas: Last re-sensibilisation of the carrier, next step will be

a local service provider (like Troyes)

• IT: – New process reviewed for EDI transfer files, daily tracking of the file integrity

• LICHTENSTEIN:– Deliveries via Switzerland (Natural), instead of using the German way which

entailed some issues due to customs and invoices• IE:

– Disconnection between pallet carrier and parcel carrier(TNT) – still pending for price negociation and leadtime

– Deliveries by DHL Express to sensitive accounts • NL:

– Total reset of administrative tasks with New Vogue, to better establish the shipping documents and track the pending PT

– Implementation of carrier’s labelling system at the NV facilities (to be achieved within 2 weeks) to avoid the mis-routing of PT

– Back up carrier for DHL Fashion, for the reactivity and costs.
