Rogers, 56, Dryden farmer, who died Sunday night at his home following a heart attack, were held Wednesday at the Perkins Funeral Home at Dryden. Burial will be in the Fayetteville Cemetery. Mr. Rogers was bom in Chitten- ango, a son of Irving and Rosalie Rogers. He is survived by tiis wife, Gladys Porter Rogers; two daughters, Mar- ian French of Syracuse and Lucille Rogers of Cortland; three sons, Wil- liam Rogers of the U. Water from sources other than the overflow of the creek found its way into a great many cellars, putting out fires. Thursday the rain turned to snow and the road men were busy with plows trying to clear the roads. Snow flurries with strong winds have continued so far this week with mercury only a few degrees above zero Wednesday morning. Dryden Farmer Died Sunday at His Home

Dryden, Jan . 7—Services for Clif­ford A. Rogers, 56, Dryden farmer, who died Sunday night a t his home following a hear t a t tack, were held Wednesday a t the Perkins Funera l Home a t Dryden. Burial will be in t h e Fayetteville Cemetery.

Mr. Rogers was b o m in Chi t ten-ango, a son of Irving and Rosalie Rogers.

He is survived by t i is wife, Gladys Por ter Rogers; two daughters, Mar­ian French of Syracuse and Lucille Rogers of Cort land; three sons, Wil­l iam Rogers of the U. S. navy air corps, J ames Rogers on foreign duty wi th the U. S. Army, and Robert of Dryden, and a sister, Miss Lena Rog­ers of Geneseo.
