We service Western Canada from our head office located in Edmonton,

Integrity Testing Services Inc. (ITS) holds a Certificate of Authorization Permit

(CAP) under the AB-5I5program from ABSA.

ITS provides in-service pressure equipment assessments and visual

inspections performed by PESL (Pressure Equipment Safety Legislation - Alberta)

and PEI (Pressure Equipment In-Service - Saskatchewan) Class 1 and 2

certified inspectors.

We work alongside our clients and with their IMS (Integrity Management System)

manuals to provide integrity, inspection and NDE services compliant to their

Integrity Testing Services Inc. specializes in the development and implementation of Integrity Management Systems for their valued clients in accordance with the Alberta Boilers Safety Authority (ABSA). ITS’s primary disciplines are but notlimited to; the development andmanagement of Integrity ManagementSystem (IMS) in accordance withthe Alberta Boiler SafetyAuthority (ABSA) documentAB-512 (Owner/User). ITSalso has extensive experienceproviding Non-destructiveExamination. This work iscompleted by certified(PESL, PEI & CGSB) In-Service Boiler/PressureEquipment Inspectorsand CertifiedNon-DestructiveExaminationTechnicians.

Pressure equipment integrity assessments are performed in accordance with the Jurisdictional requirements and the AB-506. Equipment assessments comply with the requirements as outlined within our QMS program or the owners request whichever is the higher standard.

AutoCAD DRAFTING SERVICES

What is AutoCAD?AutoCAD is an application for 2D and 3D computer aided design (CAD) and drafting. This software application commonly referred to as AutoCAD is used across a wide range of industries, by engineers, project managers, inspectors, designers and draftsmen. This application is used extensively throughout the refining, chemical, manufacturing and upstream oil and gas production industries.

Used for drafting in the generation of electronic files for process equipment & piping systems at facilities. Throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, “ITS” provides these drafting services to our valued clients to update facility existing (old paper) files, generate new electronic documents that are easily updated and securely filed within your network systems.

“ITS’s” group of skilled draftsmen have many years of combined experience generating mechanical and instrumentation drawings using the AutoCAD system. Savings to the owner are realized by transforming drawings that in the past had to be updated by hand. “ITS” continues to transform our client’s old files containing construction drawings, existing process equipment and piping systems to the latest DWG Format allowing easy retrieval saving both time and the cost updating in the future.

“ITS” has a very experienced team of In-Service Inspectors that are asked to develop complex corrosion circuits at facilities ranging from small pipeline risers, pump stations to Oil & Gas and NGL process and Refining facilities. These corrosion circuits are drawn into an isometric view in AutoCAD outlining all process equipment and associated piping within the corrosion circuit.
