On June 15, 2016 pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule

8.1005, the Placer County Superior Court Appellate Division panel

certified this limited civil case for transfer to the Court of Appeal.

The panel has not issued an opinion or final decision in the appeal.

The judgment of the trial court rendered a determination of the par-

ties’ rights regarding title to real property. Said property holds a

value greater than twenty-five thousand dollars. Additionally, the

action was brought to enforce and foreclose an alleged security inter-

est in personal property where the interest holds a value greater than

twenty-five thousand dollars. Under these circumstances, the pro-

ceedings fall within the purview of an unlimited civil case (CCP

§580(b) and CCP §85-86). Appeal is more properly brought before

the Court of Appeal in the manner designated for unlimited civil

cases (CCP §904.1).

Transfer of the case is necessary in order to secure uniformity of de-

cision and settle the important issues of law which have been raised.

Appellant, Nancy DeLoach, requests that the Court of Appeal accept

the certified transfer.

Respectfully Submitted,
