Complex. Thisfacility,locatedat35OaklandAvenueinInman,isownedbySchoolDistrictOneandusedunder

contractbySpartanburgCounty. Thepark isprimarilycomprisedofbaseball fieldsandacomfort/concession

station. Plannedprojectcomponentsinclude,butarenotlimitedto,restripingtheparkinglot,fencing,bleacher

replacement, renovating the interior of the comfort station, construction or reconstruction of walkways to

fields,landscaping,andsignage.

BenefitstoResidents,Visitors,Businesses,orCountyEmployeesTheInmanSportsComplex,ifrenovated,willcontinuetoprovideagoodlocationforlocalbaseballandsoftballleagueplay. Plannedenhancementswillalsoenhanceparkaccessibilitytothecommunity.

ImpactonAnnualOperatingBudgetNoadditionalstaffingwillberequired,however,itwillbenecessarytoreplacesignsduetotheft,vandalism,etc.

ItisanticipatedthatreplacementsignscanbefabricatedbytheCountysignshop.
