Glorious Benefits • Accepted
– Romans 15:7Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.
• Blessed– Ephesians 1:3
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Glorious Benefits • Called
– 1 Peter 2:9But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
• Eternally Alive– 1 John 5:11-12
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life....
Glorious Benefits • Forgiven
– Ephesians 1:7In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace
• Joint heirs with Jesus– Romans 8:17
Now if we are children, then we are heirs - heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ…
Glorious Benefits • Justified
– Galatians 2:16So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified.
• New Creations– 2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
Glorious Benefits • Redeemed
– Galatians 3:13Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.“
• Sealed– Ephesians 1:13
And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit.
