Agreement (MOA) with

Boarding Lightway Green

Energy Technology Co., Ltd

To establish joint venture

in Dubai to develop

solar projects in UAE

and other GCC countries.

After years of study on UAE and GCC for market demand

continuously in discussion with the Chinese expertise and

manufacturer of solar energy and equipment which

leaded to signing of agreement with Lightway Solar.

desks are frequently cleaned and

disinfected to help slow person

spread of COVID-19

3. Alcohol based Hand sanitizer

dispensers are place in the lift

lobby and inside the elevator and

check their body temperature at

the building reception using IR

thermometer

2. All the maintenance staffs,

Securities and housekeeping staff

are provided with medical gloves

and masks. All the Staff are strictly

instructed to wear the same all the

time.

4. Company Notice is displayed at

the building reception stating that

no delivery/courier will be allowed

inside the building and the tenants

must collect at the building

reception

5. Strictly instructed the

maintenance staffs to follow social

distancing during community /

work and maintenance activities to

be carried out only in case of

emergency

6. All the outsource service

providers are given strict

instruction to check the body

temperatures of all personnel

while leaving the camp and send

email to notify workforce are safe

to enter the building.
