The pieces are looking more like paintings than photography. Taken by various analog cameras on the outdated films they carry completely different emotional load in comparison with that of modern digital photography we see in our everyday life. Looking at those photo-paintings you can experience a sense of depth, power of naturalism or just a feeling of relaxation. You may also have a number of „déjà vu“ experiences of the reality that has never existed, but is so close and yet unreachable. The reality which, nevertheless, one can feel and into which one can further immerse. There is true difference between the photo-painting art and contemporary photography and this is recognized immediately because of some kind of magic, which lies in-between pixels and behind them.
