Improved user experience for feature navigation Previously, users navigated between features using the drop-down lists across the top of the screen. Now, they use the
new navigation panel located to the left side of the screen.

Because the features were displayed as drop-down lists, users could only expand one at a time. Now, in the new
navigation panel, users can expand multiple features at once to view their sub-features.
“Welcome” to the
New Home Screen
The “Welcome” screen is a new
common landing page for all users.
The “Me” menu has been replaced
with additional pages under Home,
called Profile, Account Settings,
Forms and where applicable,
Volunteer.
All employee
information is captured
on the “Profile” page
Employee information is now easier
to navigate to under the “Profile”
page.
Clearer & more accessible forms
Form submission history is now shown alongside the form listing, enabling users to
review the full submission and approval cycle of submitted forms.
Forms now contain expandable & collapsible category menus and can be searched for by name.

The slide-out panel provides a more modern look and feel than the previous Message Center

The application displays the new Message Center as a slide-out panel that occupies more screen space for
easier navigation
“Work” will be replacing the “My Work” tab On the “Work” screen, you will now be able to see worked shifts and time off.
“My Calendar” has daily and weekly views as well

Time off requests are easily created from “ My Calendar” as well
Simply click on the selected date to create a time off request.
Users can view their shift details right from “My Calendar” Instead of using My Timecard to view shift details, users are now able to view shift details right from “My Calendar.” The new view can easily be collapsed for a summary view or expanded
for further detail, for example punch in and punch out times. Users can scroll up and down to view additional dates in the timeline view (shown here.)
“Benefits” will be replacing the “My Benefits” screen.
Employees will now open to the
“Overview” screen when they
select the “Benefits” tab.
Enhanced benefits enrollment experience New user experience for employees to enroll in benefits that is consistent across the application for easier navigation and more modern look and feel.

In order to access a listing of current elections, the user must
navigate the vertical menu.
Instead of selecting from a vertical menu, the “Current Elections” tab appears under
the “Benefits” screen.
