House Rules1. Attendance is a must. Registration will start at 7:00am. Those who will be coming at 8:01am will be considered late; 8:15am onwards will be considered ABSENT, but they are allowed to enter the venue. Same sanction written in the Life at CEU Handbook will be applied.2. Failure to sign the attendance sheet will means forfeiture of participation, thus the student will be considered ABSENT3. Students who are absent because they are sick should present a MEDICAL ABSTRACT OF CONFINEMENT made at ER or OPD for them to be reasonably excused4. Students who are absent will organize a seminar at his/her own expenses and effort.5. Upon entering the venue, the students must be orderly and disciplined6. Digital cameras and videos will be used for DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES. Only members of the documentation committee are allowed to hold on and use digital cameras and video cameras.7. All students MUST WEAR CORPORATE ATTIRE and should be presentable. STRICTLY NO HANGING OR FITTING CLOTHES ARE ALLOWED.FOR THE LADIES: a corporate ensemble consisting of blouse, skirt should be worn. Blazers are required. Slacks are discouraged. The skirt must be at least at knee level or 1-2 inches above the knee. Sleeveless blouses, plunging necklines and miniskirts are not allowed.FOR THE GENTLEMEN: long sleeves with tie and slacks must be worn. Coat is required.8. Proper attire and good grooming should be observed. Students who do not follow the prescribed attire are not allowed to enter the venue9. The use of cellular phones during the seminar is strictly prohibited. Sanctions to be applied are written in the Life at CEU Handbook.10. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.11. Proper decorum must be observed at all times.12. Students must attend the seminar in its allotted time; any student caught cutting from the seminar would be given disciplinary actions according to the Life at CEU Handbook.13. Students should actively PARTICIPATE on the OPEN FORUM14. Asking of questions to the speakers should be delivered in English15. Evaluation forms must be accomplished by the participants objectively and should be submitted on time as facilitated by the organizers.16. Everybody is responsible for the cleanliness of the venue. Non-organizers caught littering or neglecting litter within 3 feet of them will be charged with a fee if Php 100.17. Student participants should leave the venue in an orderly manner.18. Students should leave the venue immediately after the activity. Failure to leave the area without valid reason is not allowed and will be considered violation.19. Speaking in English is encouraged20. All proposals of the seminars must be approved and signed by the Dean.21. Student’s contribution must not exceed Php 1,60022. Organizers should provide transportation for the speakers before and after the seminar.
