2GB Memory, 50 GB Disk. (Requires specific 27 GB Disk OVA. Memory and Disk is NOT configurable.) Thin Provisioning IS supported (Approx. 20 GB initial disk size). Snapshot/revert is supported for full enterprise only, not single OVA in enterprise. (Enterprise must also be powered off at time of snapshot. See the OVA Guide for procedural information.)

OneSign Virtual Appliance: Vmware virtual machine hardware version

The Vmware virtual machine hardware version has no effect on the operation of the appliance. This hardware update is something customers can do if they want to and requires no change on our part. We will continue to ship HW version 4 (for S2) and HW version 7 (for S3).

Imprivata Virtual Appliance: Vmware Tools

Vmware Tools are part of the build of the OneSign virtual appliance OVF file. They are not upgradable by customers.

Imprivata will continue to provide bug fixes for Windows XP endpoints with older Imprivata Agents for which hotfixes are still being provided.
