Parking is prohibited either on the road or in front of BIEC gate. Ä Exhibitor / Exhibitor Representative / Stall Decorator (E / ER / SD) who arrive at the Entry Plaza will be guided by the security personnel and temporary badge(s) will be issued. (Trucks / Exhibits beyond BIEC main gate will not be allowed. Even temporary parking in front of the gate is barred). Ä Participants then proceed to designated Hall to meet the Hall Director and take possession of the allotted space by producing Stand Possession Form 4.1 of Exhibitor Manual, Approved layout plan and other relevant documents. Ä Hall Director (HD) will issue “Stand Possession” on Form 4.1 after completing due formalities related to payment clearance, stall layout approval, TDS certificates (Challan declaration or F-16) and other official procedure. HD will then issue Exhibitor / Service Badges to the authorized personnel as per eligibility. Ä E / ER / SD then to approach Site Handling office situated near entry Plaza for material movement as per the schedule given in advance. Ä E / ER / SD then to paste movement schedule sticker onto the truck and wait for the turn. As per the schedule the trucks will be allowed inside the venue. Ä Truck driver then to approach the particular Cargo gate (as mentioned in the sticker) and gain entry after being checked by the security. The concerned site handling agency will unload the exhibits at their respective stalls. Ä Immediately after unloading, the truck should exit BIEC as per guidance of the security and to follow the truck movement plan.
