Article:- Product is termed as an Article in SAP.
It is same as Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
Article Code:- The unique identification number of an article
is known as Article Code. It is a 9 Digit code, e.g. The article
code for Nokia72 is 490016752
Site:- Store/Distribution Center is referred to as Site

Stock:- The available quantity is referred as stock
SLoc:- It is a storage location for the stock in a site. Eg.Display location in store
Indenting: - It is the process of sending the request (order) for
the required products/articles in the site /store.

Purchase Order:- The document to place the order to vendor. It
is also called as Stock Transfer Order (STO) it is used for
placing Order to the DC from store.
Distribution Center (DC):- Place from where the goods will be
dispatched to the Store.
Shipping Point:- Point from where the goods will bedispatched

Goods Receipt:- The process of receiving the indented

SLoc to SLoc Transfer:- The process of transferring the stockfrom one storage location to another with in the same site
(store).
Reversal:- The process of reversing the transaction which iswrongly done in the system
Pay-in-slip:- The slip/document to be generated when amount
need to be deposited into the bank.

MBSTTo Cancel the Complete Article Document Number.
(This command is used mainly when you have done GRN by
mistake or any other entry by mistake and now you want to
cancel the complete document. It will ask for Article
Document Number, Posting Date and Reason of Movement)
MB0AThis command is used for reversing certain articles
for which you have done GRN by mistake. Instead of
canceling the complete document this command will cancel
only the selected articles. (Give Command MB0AMovement Type 102Enter Delivery No.Remove the
Check Mark from all the articles by using deselect all and then
select only those articles for which you want to reversal.)
