Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by Chief Financial Officer McFaddenand seconded by Director Turner, it was

RESOLVED to acknowledge that, per the requirements of Civil Code Section5500(a)-(f), a review has been completed of the Mutual's reconciliations of theoperating and reserve accounts, operating revenues and expenses compared tothe current year's budget, statements prepared by the financial institutions wherethe Mutual has its operating and reserve accounts, income and expense statementfor the Mutual's operating and reserve accounts, the check registers, the monthlygeneral ledger and delinquent assessment receivable reports, for the month of April2020.

The MOTION passed unanimously.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Mayer and seconded bySecretary Dodero, it was

RESOLVED to approve new 50-gallon water heaters for Laundry Room 230, at acost not to exceed $1 ,500.00. Funds to be taken from Infrastructure Reserves.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Mayer and seconded bySecretary Dodero, it was

RESOLVED to DENY the 2020 Annual Meeting, Physical Distancing Layout waiverfor the Mutual Nine Annual Election Meeting.

The MOTION passed unanimously by roll call vote.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Mayer and seconded byDirector Turner, it was

RESOLVED to approve the J&J Landscaping proposal to remove a Fiscus Treeat Unit 206-F at a cost not to exceed $850.00. Funds to be taken from Trees andauthorize the President to sign the work order.

The MOTION passed unanimously.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Mayer and seconded bySecretary Dodero, it was

RESOLVED to approve to have a Zoom Townhall Meeting regarding Mutual NineGoverning Documents.

The MOTION passed unanimously.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Mayer and seconded byChief Financial Officer McFadden, it was

RESOLVED to cancel the July 13, 2020 Monthly Board Meeting due to the AnnualShareholders Meeting.

The MOTION passed unanimously.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Mayer and seconded byChief Financial Officer McFadden, it was

RESOLVED to amend the motion by deleting "go out to bid for five (5) roofs" andreplacing it with "go out to bids for ten (10) roofs."

The MOTION passed unanimously.
